Dr. Morphine Vaughan Codine- An evil scientist who enlisted the Chaos Catwomen
to destroy Mega-Cannon Blasterman, but was bitterly defeated by them when he
refused to pay for their services. Now he plans, plots and chases the
Catwomen from galaxy to galaxy to discover the source of their immense powers.
